Sparx Solver does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. We have no servers and no analytics.
Your API key, model preference, keybind settings, and bookwork history are stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. This data never leaves your browser.
When you solve a question, the question text and/or screenshot is sent directly from your browser to the AI provider you selected (Groq, Google Gemini, or Anthropic) using your own API key. We do not proxy, log, or intercept these requests. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
The extension reads question text and images from Sparx Maths pages in order to solve them. This content is only used to generate answers and is not stored or shared beyond the AI API call.
We do not sell, transfer, or share any user data with third parties.
